Tiffany Frias is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with adults who are experiencing major life transitions and adults who are struggling to feel empowered in their own lives. Tiffany's specialty includes helping clients navigate pregnancy and new parenthood. She also greatly enjoys providing therapy to counselors in training as they work to become their healthiest selves. Yesenia Vásquez, LPC-S

Yesenia is a bilingual/ bicultural Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with adults experiencing problematic relationship patterns and difficulties in the relationship with themselves. In addition, she helps individuals work through issues involving trauma, depression, anxiety, and problematic thoughts patterns. Yesenia is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Yesenia is a Trauma Informed therapist whose therapeutic style is collaborative, non-judgmental and holistic. Yesenia is now in network with BCBS, United Health Care, Humana and Aetna insurances. Yesenia is LGBTQ+ affirming and informed. Yesenia offers reduced rate options for clients who do not have mental health insurance benefits and is accepting clients via Tele-therapy only.

Ian Riley, LPC-Associate

Ian is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who's work area of interest includes working with adults experiencing life changes/transition, men's issues, working with men of color, issues around race, and career counseling. Ian has an area of interest in supporting both students and faculty navigating the systems of Higher Education. Ian especially enjoys working with clients experiencing grief and loss, end-of-life issues, and issues surrounding relationships with the self. Lastly, Ian appreciates facilitating various groups and is currently holding three: Adults and Connection, Men's Issues, and Grief and Loss support groups. Ian is LGBTQ+ affirming and is in pursuit of training. Ian has a passion for co-creating a space for clients to encounter themselves more profoundly and co-author the story of their own life apart from the scripts they've been given. Ian's style of therapy is non-judgmental, collaborative, exploratory, about meaning-making, and empowering. Ian offers reduced rate options for clients ranging from $60 to $90 per 50 minute session. Ian is available to see clients via Tele-therapy and in-person.

Haley Savage, LCSW

Haley Savage is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s passionate about helping people feel more comfortable in their own skin and more present in their own lives. She sees therapy as an invitation to unlearn outdated rules and uncover the authentic self. Haley’s style of therapy is warm, informal, compassionate, and curiosity-led. She uses EMDR and other somatic interventions to help clients gently move through “stuck” areas so that they feel more connected to themselves and others. Her interests include young-adult life transitions, neurodivergence and sensory sensitivity, dating, and religious deconstruction. She specializes in treating those with childhood relational ruptures and CPTSD. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and attentive to sensory needs and preferences. Haley is available for evening and weekend appointments. She is in network with BCBS, UHC, Humana, and Aetna insurances, and offers a sliding scale of fees for clients.
